Release Notes for RealtyJuggler Deluxe

 

Requirements

Requires a Palm Powered handheld running OS 4.0 or higher. Palm OS 5 is recommended.
2MB free RAM required.

RealtyJuggler Deluxe is compatible with the built-in Palm Addressbook and Datebook applications running on your Palm Powered hand held. Your appointments and contacts will therefore be synchronized with your PC using whatever desktop synchronization solutions you have chosen such as Microsoft Outlook or Palm Desktop. Some of the less expensive Palm Powered handhelds do not include Microsoft Outlook synchronization software. If this software is not included, you can still synchronize with Microsoft Outlook by purchasing separately PocketMirror or IntelliSync software.

Note: There have been reports of incompatability with Verizon's Wireless Sync program.

June 3, 2005 - 1.2 Released
- Improved handling of up/down buttons in 5-way navigator on Treo phones
- 0% down payment now allowed in max loan and payments calculator
- Can enter up to three "other" expenses for seller net. Drop-down menu allows for specification of what kind of other expense.
- Deluxe version adds inspection, appraisal, and insurance (e.g. title insurance) expenses into seller net calculation. Enter information in parties section and it's automatically included in calculation.
- Referral Party now has ability direction of referral.
- Commissions calculator can now calculate commissions for referrals you have given. Enter a new closing. Go to Commission section and fill in empty fields and you are done.
- Fixed spelling error 'spilt' which should have been "split" on Commissions form
- Added ability to do interest only loans for both max loan and payments calculators
- Max loan estimate previously calculated interest only payments and did not include principal payments. Fixed so that can now specify using checkbox.
- Fixed max loan rounding error on ratio calculations. Tended to estimate up to 1% too high.
- Removed minimum down % from Loan "Settings..." and instead allow loans with 0% down
- Payments calculator now handles combo loans. Can enter up to three loans for the same property.
- PMI was estimated based upon purchase price. Now estimate based upon on first loan amount.
- Improved the link icon >> so that it is more readable in sunlight conditions.
- Manual, program help and online help desk updated to reflect these changes.

Feb 15, 2005 - 1.1.2 Released
Fixed crashing behavior in seller net screen.
Some numeric fields did not stay in caps lock on Treo 650 - Fixed.
Launch Settings Dialog listed only 20 applications - have raised the limit due to Treo 650 having more applications
Fixed crash behavior on Treo 650 when RealtyJuggler deleted an appointment.
Adjusted some dialog controls so they are visually more pleasing on Treo 650.

Sept 15, 2004 - 1.1.1 Released
Fixed problem in Party form when addressbook information changed the link to the addressbook record was deselected.
Now automatically goes into numlock mode on Treo 600 when within numeric only field
Default category for Addressbook lookup is now All. Was Untitled.

anniversary for closing reminder added to tasks, including a preference in the Settings... dialog
when the list price changes in a seller's record, reminders are created for all showings to call the agent who has visited the home. This is controlled by a preference in the Settings... dialog.
