Click
on the "Download Installer" button
below to start your download. A "File Download" dialog
will display immediately. Click on the "Open" button.
When the file download is complete, the installer will run automatically.
Follow the instructions. Your installation will be complete the
next time you
do a HotSync.

| Troubleshooting |
If you have trouble with the
Download Installer button, try right-clicking on the button
and selecting "Save target as" from
the pop-up menu and Download the installer to disk. Locate
your saved file and open it. Some versions of Windows offer
an "Open" button from the Download
Complete dialog which is a convenient way to do this. The
installer
will run automatically. Follow the instructions. Your installation
will be complete the next time you do a HotSync.
If you would prefer installing the .prc
file yourself you may install using
the Direct Install Method.

You can also install
using our direct install method.
Right
click on the "Download
PRC" button below to start your download. Macintosh users
hold down the control key when clicking.
Download the file by selecting the appropriate drop-down menu item.
Launch Palm Desktop (or HotSync Manager) application. From the
"HotSync" menu select the "Install Handheld
Files" menu
item. Press the Add to List button and find and select the
file you
just downloaded. If you have more than one Palm user account,
don't forget to select the appropriate palm user account from
the pop-up menu at the top of the Install Handheld
Files window.

| Troubleshooting |
If you are having trouble
with the Download PRC button (for example if your browser
tries to load the PRC file into a browser window) control-click
for Mac, right click for windows, on the "Download
PRC" button,
and then select the "download/save link to disk" menu
item (exact wording may vary depending upon your browser)
from the pop-up menu.
